Art Avenue Apartments

Before I even considered touring Art Avenue, I looked at the reviews to see what others thought of the complex and it’s management … to make a long story short this complex has everything I need to make me feel at home and welcomed. Also, Ms. Patricia is the best leasing consultant I’ve EVER came across. She is so knowledgeable and has an amazing welcoming, honest, and humble spirit. Despite my last apartment complex taking an unusual time processing my rental verification, she kept me reassured and soon as she received the information back, she had me approved in moments! I’d recommend this complex and Ms. Patricia to anyone in search of a clean, safe, quiet and welcoming community.

My roommate and I lived at Art Avenue for 3 years and we loved our time there! We rarely had any problems, and if we did, the staff including maintenance was extremely quick to resolve any issues. Everyone makes you feel at home there, especially Patricia in the front office!!! We appreciate everything Allison and the team at Art Avenue have done to help make our 3 years there as enjoyable as possible.

In my search of over 25 properties in Orlando, this one stood out for the wrong reasons, primarily due to Patricia’s unprofessional demeanor. Not only did she hang up on me during a phone call, but repeated attempts to reach the office were unsuccessful. After driving for over an hour for a tour, because none of my calls were answered, I was met with her refusal to show the available unit. After I explained that I had driven almost an hour to get there and was leaving town tomorrow (I don't live in Orlando currently), she couldn't care less. Her next booked appointment was not for another 15 minutes, and she couldn't do the bare minimum effort to try to accommodate a quick apartment tour. I had already seen the common grounds, so all I required was a 5 minute in and out tour of the unit that was the building right behind the leasing office. Her lack of empathy and assistance, especially given my readiness to sign a lease and the distance I traveled, made this the most discouraging encounter in all my apartment hunting experiences. I'm not sure how she was ever considered for a customer service position. She's the worst sales rep I've encountered in years. Much worse than a Spirit Airlines employee. Update after business response: You are right. There was a storm, which is why we found it more surprising that Patricia refused to even attempt to accommodate us after driving for over 30 minutes in the rain to see the unit. When we got there, the rain had slowed down significantly. It was just drizzling and she still wouldn't allow us to do a tour, even if self-guided like many other complexes offer for empty units. As far as the phone connection issues go, I'm not sure what happened there. All I know is that my call was not returned for over 2 hours, which is why I ventured to drive out there in the storm.

I had a fantastic experience at Art Avenue Apartments, and I want to give a special shoutout to Annette for her exceptional assistance during my move-in process. The apartments are beautifully designed, and the amenities are top-notch. Annette's professionalism and support made the transition incredibly smooth. I highly recommend Art Avenue Apartments, and Annette's help made it even more enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in reviewing my future home styled apartment; Patricia Calderon helped me land an awesome apt here! They have great amenities / maintenance services, the complex is well maintained, and they are pet friendly. They even have guest food trucks for Coffee or confections if you prefer.. I would recommend to anyone looking for their next home styled apartment!
